I used to like going to bed around 7 or 8pm the few times I did it... and I'd be up around 3 or 4 in the morning. Felt like I had more time to adjust to the day that way. I'm not one for being productive straight away when I wake up!

I'd try it again, but it would take some time to adjust to that and I value time spent talking to bricky more.

Same thing, this thing about it is that after a long period of not sleeping at night it's normal for you to wake up at 3/4am.

@mangeurdenuage Yeah... a part of me wonders if there is something to this. Ancestors would have probably had a similar sleep pattern. Go to bed early, wake up early. More in line with the sunset and sunrise. Over here, I think the sun is setting around 6pm.

Possible. But when the sun was up late I had the same problem.

In theory that's how it works, but who got a similar body constitution like I doo needs 9~10hours of sleep.

          It's setting at 5pm here.
