Quick fediverse moderation question: do you think it's useful to have an option to filter what kind of content you will send out to other instances / actors ? Would you use that ? How ?

For instance, in such a system, you could prevent follows or media files send by your instance from reaching other instances.

Or is it completely useless ? :D
