In my grandson's kindergarten in Italy, I saw they place all the toilets in a single room so for the children evacuation becomes a social activity. This reminded me of the Luis Bunuel film in which people are seen sitting together in a formal gathering on toilet bowls. (One of them excuses himself, goes off to a small room and has something to eat.)
