    Canada's privacy commissioner is officially recommending Canadians pay cash when buying cannabis, in order to protect their privacy, and to provide only enough information for stores to verify their age.

      @ink_slinger Never considered this, also didn't hear about the breach of Canada Post's OCS orders - brutal.

      If only we had an option (in Ontario) to buy cannabis not-online 😶

        @xvu This was the first I'd heard about the breach, as well. It was probably not major news outside of Ontario.

        It would be nice if legalization were more common globally and the US wasn't weird about it, because ordering online seems like it would be convenient (although, the age verification system is complex and it seems like just walking into a store is easier/faster for most people, if they have the option).
