I am walking between two shopping districts in the city. The route takes me up along some old disused industrial units. 

I glance through the dirty glass of a window into a once used office. I see two people, one of whom is filling a hypordermic syringe from a small container.   About to inject some street heroin I guess.

A minute later I am back in the shopping area. People wearing their christmas jumpers and carrying bags, and going in the city bars. 

Sometimes I think I am the only person who can see both these universes, so adjacent to each other.
