   My brother is currently using an old phone of mine, a Nokia Lumia 820, which runs Windows Phone 8. He's looking to upgrade.
   
   My dad uses an iPhone because it's 'not Android', and I use a Xiaomi Mi 5s with LineageOS.
   
   It shouldn't cost too much, and should be supported. What do?

      @thatbrickster Hmm well I'll say I've been using Motorola (Android) Moto E for the last few years and pretty happy with it.

         @infernalturtle He's looking for a phone contract. So far, the suggested one he's looking for is 2017's Samsung J3 on Three.
