hey uh.

we're using pulse audio and gnome on ubuntu. don't tell us not to use these things, something will catch fire and it'll end badly for everyone

what's the easiest way (aka preferably with a gui), to

1. merge two audio inputs into one device that other applications will see
and
2. make a specific audio input
pipe to our audio output

the lower the latency the better. answers to one or both are helpful thanks
