I got a 5L fermentation crock for Christmas. Now to decide whether to do dill pickles or sauerkraut as my first giant batch. I usually use 500ml or 1L mason jars for my ferments, so this is a lot larger by comparison.

Makes about 4 mason jars at a time. Still have some stored in the basement from last year, but I should start a batch with this year's cabbages.
