@Elmkast All of the choice pieces of land have either had cookie cutter private luxury housing built on it (truly awful stuff) or are lying fallow because of speculation.
Those larger social developments are I think in general also not that good. We don't get those amazing BIG buildings like they do in Scandinavia.
