@staticsafe ...what? I'm struggling to figure out how you get to the point where you want to compare those numbers.

I mean, if you want to give FTH the best possible scenario (6 shots, all 6 hit for max damage, so you're doing 330 damage to a single target) you have to give PB the best possible scenario too (Graviton Surge pulls all 6 enemy heroes in, Pulse Bomb goes off in the center, so you're dealing 300 damage to EVERY target = 1800 damage).
