welp.. we're about 400$ short for rent and there's nothing we can do to get the check we were waiting on to pay it to show up any sooner
plus i forgot we need 150$ to smog and register the wife's car by the 15th which is the same day her check 'might' show up

so that's fucking great and i'm still sick to my stomach over it all and way stressed out
