Add handler for Move activity

Gargron has started the back-end work for the migration feature. It'll make it possible to move any followers from your old account to your new account. It'll cause strain on the servers, so he's considering a per-person cooldown to prevent overuse.

(At the moment, all you can do is put a little notice and link on your account that says you've moved.)
