    @szbalint @sydneyfalk It does not have to break, it has to evolve. That can be done nicely (v2, v3, …), so people/devs can cat5ch up. Just in the same way as you use semantic versioning. That's what we see with HTTP->HTTP2, TLS and many standard protocols. It works, and it is standardized.
