About #PublicDomainDay: yes, "The Pilgrim" (1923) along with "Safety Last" and "Our Hospitality" is a classic silent comedy worth watching, but "The Pilgrim" (my fave Chaplin film) also is part of "The Chaplin Revue" which is still under copyright; Chaplin composed soundtracks and re-issued his old films so he'd retain copyright.
