@chartier How timely! I just got out of a meeting with a co-op-in-development that wants to offer "venture cooperativism." Instead of venture capital coming in to fund the work and lay claim to the IP, these guys invest their own labor in developing the idea into a product, and then split the proceeds with the original entrepreneur.
