I've quit smoking! (Making it public trying to manipulate myself into keeping it up)

You can do it! The hard part is the approximately 3 days of actual physical addiction. After that is psychological...habits (a smoke after dinner, lunch break etc) are the toughest hurdles to overcome. I haven't had a cig in 5 years. After 30+ years of the habit.

Well that made it all sound hard. Get past the actual addiction, the rest is just changing long standing habits. There. That sounds better!

@aroaminggeek I've quit before and approximately the first week is hellish then things usually get a lot better very quickly. Feeling like shit right now, but determine to overcome and kick this habit once and for all. Thank so so much for the kind words!
