my wife is a freelance developer who is highly skilled in unity, C#, python, django. due to disability, she has been struggling with the demands of her corporate contracts and would like to offer her skills on a remote-only basis to conserve spoons. we’re wondering what kind of pay cut we’d have to offer to get the necessary concessions.
