    I actually wonder if the whole "apolitical" thing in that Daily Dot article has to do with the type of politics that gets CW vs the kind that doesn't. Lots of theory and discussion of systemic stuff happens out in the open. It's mostly the current events stuff that gets a content warning.

    So, while I don't really agree with the terminology used in the article, maybe it's not as far off base as it initially appears.

      @ink_slinger one of the things I really enjoy about the content people post, is that it generally strays away from current events.

      A theory sticks with me, not sure where its from, or the correctness of it now, but it always made sense to me.

      Interesting conversation topics start at original thought and personal interest at the top, then current events, celebrities, and the weather at the bottom.
