    Medical clinic just called to follow-up on my lab results telling me I tested positive for Strep.A and to continue the course of antibiotics I'm on.

    *pause* OH I AM READING FROM THE WRONG PATIENT CHART.

    ... 😒 Fortunately they realized it before HIPAA violations occurred. Also I don't have strep.
