    I was joking earlier this week, with a vegetarian friend, about making a vegan haggis. I suggested it'd just be lentils cooked to different levels of doneness. But, honestly, I wonder how a vegan or vegetarian imitation of haggis might be made, if such a thing is even possible.

      Be difficult to make haggis without a sheep’s stomach. You’d need a plant casing equally as supple and fibrous - corn husk? Marrow melon? Banana leaf? @ink_slinger
