@purplehippo You sure can tell it's an American-run site in what it censors and what it doesn't.  Gorey pictures of tragedy, outright racism, hatred towards their respective outgroup, that's fine.  But don't let them look at pictures of swimsuit models ... that's bad!

There are plenty of people who would point out that this is because they rely on advertising revenue and while true, what advertisers accept, and what they do not, is just holding a mirror to the culture itself.  America and to a lesser extent the UK has always made porn and sex morally objectionable.
