JuneEugen didn't CREATE the fediverse yall. He HAPPENED to be the one who wrote a client that's gotten used a bunch by LOTS OF ACTUAL PEOPLE to BUILD the fediverse. We don't Owe him for the fediverse. We don't Owe his particular client anything. Stop lionizing white boys. Stop creating edifices of artificial celebrity. Stop it.
