   forgot to walk during the 15h hour. Oh well, I guess I don't get any prizes for completing my steps each hour. I turned on notifications, but I do wonder if they get turned off whenever I charge it.

      I found the notifications to be annoying. They'd tend to go off while I was busy supporting a customer and could not break away to take a lap around the building.

         yeah, I always try to think ahead regardless because who knows what is going to be going on the last 10 minutes of the day. I'm on the phones 2:30pm-4pm every day, so I have to remember to ask my colleague to take the phones. I usually do around 3pm, but I just forgot today.
