Some friends are having problems because their kid’s lifestyle doesn’t jibe well with their religion. You know, I think Jesus was pretty clear about the whole “love everyone” thing. He didn’t preach “...as long as they conform to your expectations.” Any such teaching is decidedly against what he actually taught.

And frankly, any religion that tells me to love or accept my kids less can go fuck itself.
