Paid sysops work offer: I'm in way over my head with my personal server and I need professional help troubleshooting Apache and MariaDB crashing/shutting down by themselves about once a day. I'd prefer working with someone I know or a referral by someone I know.

Thanks to @Brian Ó 🐟 who found the problem: out of memory, the system was stopping random processes, including Apache and MariaDB.

Update: it turns out to be an issue with systemd (surprise!) and certbot. Using the http challenge makes certbot stop Apache to listen itself on port 80, but it is failing to restart Apache afterwards with systemctl start apache2. I still don’t know why it doesn’t work, I’m considering restarting Apache manually after the certbot cron job is over.
