I'm not getting enough sleep lately, entirely by my own fault, and as a result I'm constantly wanting to eat junk food. For some reason, when I'm tired, I'm more likely to crave junk. I mostly haven't been eating too poorly, despite this, but I reeeeeeally wanna eat an entire bag of chips right now.

Sleep deprived brains crave quick energy I.e. chips. I get it - this happens to me when the toddler decides to wake up before 6am and refuses to go to bed before 9pm @ink_slinger
