   Dumb ISP test:

   Run Netflix over my VPN (YHZ -> YYZ -> RKV) and I get full HD, no hiccups.

   Switch to non-VPN: Stutters, jumping between 240p -> 480p -> 240p.

   Thanks for charging me out the arse and traffic shaping me.

      ↶ and I hate to do it, puts that much more strain on my VPN provider for unimportant shit that doesn't need to be encrypted at all.

      It's just going to drive their costs up unnecessarily.

      So much for net neutrality...
