   I just witnessed a ton of virtue signaling in my online philosophy class. We're discussing the ethics of climate change. People are basically arguing over who cares more about the climate at this point. They're very indignant. I told them to put up or shut up and suggested a local abandoned mine reclamation group for them to volunteer with since they're so concerned. I actually did some volunteer work with one of those groups. I saw a lot of interesting things.

      I should also add that we live in the Anthracite Coal Region of PA.
