My least favorite part of positivity culture is the association of cultural virtues with self improvement.
For example, its not about sleeping 10-6. Its about sleeping 8 hours consistently on a familiar schedule. If someone sleeps 2-10 and their life allows it then its a good and healthy sleep schedule.
Hell 8 hour non-stop sleep is an industrial revolution idea, its barely 100 years old. If you sleep a bit, read a book, sleep some more and it works for you thats also healthy.
