From NASA https://twitter.com/NASA on Twitter: Almost 30 years ago, our Voyager 1 spacecraft snapped the first-ever family portrait of our solar system including the image of Earth as just a tiny point of light, known as the Pale Blue Dot. Take a moment to cherish the only home weve ever known: https://nasa.tumblr.com/post/182828669114/the-pale-blue-dot-and-the-golden-record?linkId=63693753 https://twitter.com/NASA/status/1097168297840336896/photo/1 https://chirp.cooleysekula.net/attachment/55020

@steve did you hear about the #Voyager golden record being published on vinyl for mass consumption? Ozma did it for the 40th anniversary of the launch: https://ozmarecords.com/pages/voyager — @palmella got a copy for #gravmass.

I had to buy a record-player so that we could *play* the #goldenrecord, but it was well worth it! Listening to the #mix-album from #earth "to the makers of music – all worlds, all times" was a great way to spend the 10 days of !gravmass crossing over into the #newyear.
