    I bought egg white protein powder a while back, when I was in a sort-of-paleo phase, to make grain-free bread. I never actually made the bread (I suppose I should still do it, just to see what it's like), but now I have this bag of protein powder that I don't know what to do with...adding it to baked goods for extra protein seems doable, but might mess up the texture.

    Does anyone have ideas?
