If Marvin Minsky was still around I think he'd scoff at this. Lots of manually entered data used to train weak algorithms isn't much of an AI. It's just statistics rebranded, because who wants to be hired as a statistician? Cyc also tried the same approach decades earlier and it didn't really go anywhere.
