So I decided to actually use #pocket. Not just in #firefox, but sign up for it and use it.
Over the last few months I've found most of the stories I get recommended are the kind of light clickbait and opinion found on sites like vox or vice. Very little of what people are calling 'fake news', but also very little of substance. Same for when I perform searches in pocket.
It's not bad for what it is, but I'm fairly certain I don't need what it is.

I know Mozilla really pushes Pocket but keep in mind that, even though they've been promising to, they still haven't released the source code. If you care about that, try #wallabag.
