         Some single player video games allow for a wide range of cosmetic changes to the appearance of your character, some running at odds with the aesthetic style of NPCs (especially with custom colors). It usually isn’t an issue because the game is played from the character view, but it denotes in cutscenes where the heavily customized character casually stands next to normal-looking NPCs.
