I'm not particularly worried about people who have worked with cops before or people who have ever had dealings with them (where would you draw the line?)

The policy was worded to include people who are employees—cops / people who draw a paycheque from law enforcement

Then some dude from another instance comes and loses his shit about it, saying (among other things):
