    Did reading Dr Suess as a child teach me to be racist? Hell no! It did teach me to critique industrial capitalism (The Lorax), dogmatism (The Zax, Green Eggs and Ham), conformity (The Sneetches), and fear of the "Other" (The Pale Green Pants), which *includes* racism.
    Talk about throwing the baby out with the bathwater ...
