Stuart Langridge@cubicgarden agreed entirely, except I don't think TM can delay without a good reason. If she goes to the EU and says "we want to delay because we have this actual plan but it'll take longer than 39 days to execute" I'm pretty sure they'll say "fine no problem". If she says "we want to delay because we can't make a decision" they're gonna say, pull the other one, it's got bells on. You haven't done anything for 2 years; what's different about the next three months?
