@International Don't wander out onto the street because sometimes the ground opens up to swallow children!
@International More seriously, I don't live in a society that prizes calm like the Inuit do (perhaps you do). It's harder to teach children to be calm in this environment.
Also, temperament is partially innate. Given the dangerous environment of the Arctic, it wouldn't be surprising for the Inuit to have evolved a special predisposition for calmness.
