Well done you for taking Miss Roo out for her walk. Her eyesight and hearing may be failing, but I bet she can still sniff the air and know what is happening around her. For dogs sniffing is probably more important than sight or hearing.

We have friends with an elderly dog and they have something that looks like a pram, but designed for dogs. When their doggie gets tired it goes in the pram for a while. Less tiring for the humans, too.
