Someone recently schooled him on why his talking point that "the declining number of people coming to the boarder mean we don't have a crisis".

The guy said now that more families are showing up, far more people are coming through (instead of being turned back), thus creating a different type of crisis. Cooper was a little stunned at how quickly the guy "clapped back". It made for good TV.
