Jamey Sharpyay, 35 minutes on the phone with my mom because she insisted I help her figure out how to make .docx files open in LibreOffice instead of in Word and wouldn't accept that I don't know how to do anything in Windows. so I did the web search for her, found instructions with screenshots, dealt with several rounds of her screen not looking like the screenshots I found, eventually we got it to work, and for that I'm a "genius". no, that's not what that word means,
