For reference, this color is MBA Cosmetics' Aquatic, and I believe they may have reformulated it since I bought it like 6 years ago.

You can now buy it in a tube, but they also do samples (which is all I have, because how often do I wear teal lipstick, really?).

I also love Violet Riot (a pure, perfect purple), Breathless (a *killer* navy), and Virus (acid/lime green), as well as the more traditional hot pink/fuchsias Lovespell and V.I.Pink.
