i custom chose the colors and design of this keyboard with wasd keyboards ( it was a gift or i never could have afforded it back then lmao)

in case you cant tell, each "region" of associated keys is organized with color to denote differences of key type where the keys are not already physically seperate.

the number row is green, while tilde/grave is not. the function type keys (not f#) are differently colored as well, alt, tab, caps lock etc are all colored differently from the general typing area. it's a small thing but apparently it is similar to how old keyboards had different colors for what did and didnt change what the screen displayed
