I frequent a couple unofficial watering holes for the Puolustusvoimat and the overwhelming sentiment to that law passing is that they (Finland) should leave the EU.  I hope that they even could - many of their supposed allies would likely turn on them if they did, just look at Brexit.  I doubt itd happen since the EU has their trade by the jugular.
