“URGENT SERVICE ALERT!” Followed by them informing me that I don’t have a default payment method on file, so they could not auto-renew my subscription, so I may lose access to their online courses.
Sorry, but in fifteen months, I’ve logged in four times and completed zero courses. I don’t see it as “urgent” that I renew the service.-

@lnxw48a1 Urgent to them, not to you. Most companies these days don't care about your needs, just theirs.
