oOn today's #walk I phoned a friend; we talked for most of the way (about an hour); made the time fly! Fear not, for I could still hear the dogs, geese, bikers, etc... On a past walk, I had been distracted and fallen off the edge of a boardwalk. Only injury was to my pride.
