This day. I got out of the lift on the wrong floor, and walked into the office of someone I don't know well. We chatted for a while and then unexpectedly he showed me photos of himself in uniform, standing in front of tanks, in the Gulf War.

I had no idea. I had no idea of the extent of his story, this quiet man.
