      All the towns around me we built for industrial purpose of the 1910~1950s and all are equipped with rails (all rails goes directly into abandoned industrial complex) and some of them with stations for public transport. But since the fall of the industry the towns never recovered to the glory of that time. But it's not the worst nowadays for mayors, the benefits of putting back the rails into services for local residents are stil not being used, instead they invested with a electric system for electric cars (thanks macron for that), in a zone that is so poor that people have barely enough money for food or gas at the end of the month.
