   @ThatGeoGuy short story: unfortunately, probably not. upgrades for our instance will take a ton of work, and we're likely to migrate to pleroma way before syncing back up with upstream mastodon.

   I'd dig back in my post history for the last time I was talking with our locals about upgrades but I'd be clicking "older posts" for 30 minutes. :/

      Guess this is as good a time as any to thank you for the Herculean effort it takes to keep this thing running!
