When I'm holding the pad for boxing, I'm torn between how hard I want someone to punch them. I don't want to draw blood or completely wreck my arms... but I do want to see how much I can take. I will not complain however hard people hit the pads. I really feel the blows from the women, and it is interesting how people decide to strike. I suspect that I am not feeling the full capacity of a punch.
